Anthony J. Maiocchi, a graduate of Fordham University School of Law, has more than twenty-five years legal experience, primarily in the fields of commercial law and real estate.
While attending law school, Anthony J. Maiocchi also received a Masters Degree in Urban Planning from the New York University School of Public Administration, sparking a lifelong interest in urban developement, real estate, land use and zoning. When Mr. Maiocchi began in practice in 1978, as a lobbyist for the Automobile Club of New York, he also developed expertise in debt collection matters and commercial law.
In 1983, Mr. Maiocchi entered private practice in Westchester County, New York, where he has helped numerous businesses and individuals, the majority of whom have become long-term clients, working with the firm whenever legal advice or assistance is needed. In 1995, Anthony J. Maiocchi, together with Joseph M. Elhilow, formed the partnership of Elhilow and Maiocchi, LLP. Since 1995, the Westchester, New York location has continued to grow while retaining its focused practice areas, serving clients primarily in business matters, collections, real estate and estate planning. The firm's collection practice has become a highly structured business line with a dedicated staff and sophisticated technology structured to ensure a high rate of success.
Mr. Maiocchi continues to manage the firm's Westchester, New York location and to provide personalized service to the firm's business and individual clients. He remains active in the community with a particular focus in the real estate arena where he is currently a member of the Executive Committe of the New York State Land Title Association. |
